FAQs on Resource Centre Development

The first nine questions focus on general RCD issues and concepts, the last four provide information on the RCD programme on which IRC and partners collaborate.
The FAQs are designed to be used as a 'live' guiding tool, to be updated and adapted as we learn more about the processes involved in RCD.
