SSH4A experiences in Vietnam - an SNV documentary

In the three Northwest provinces of Dien Bien, Lao Cai and Lai Chau in Vietnam, with some of the highest poverty and lowest access to services in the nation, the SSH4A project is working to increase capacity and provide tools and expertise. The project is keeping gender and social inclusion issues at the forefront in the process.
