Vibhu Nair, Founder of CEC, made a presentation on change management based on the transformation of Tamil Nadu’s Water Supply and Drainage Board. In his presentation, Mr Nair focused on the need to merge the aspects of purpose, people, process and praxis for any change management process to be successful.
