Registration & Hotel

To register for the symposium, please complete and submit the registration form here. The registration form will prompt you to include a short personal résumé. Registration fees can be paid via Paypal (including credit card), as well as via bank transfers.
The registration fee is €600 and covers the following:
- Entry to all symposium sessions, the exhibition and poster areas;
- Lunches, coffees, and teas during the symposium;
- Symposium material, publications and handouts;
- Symposium dinner (date and place to be confirmed); and
- Informal cocktail reception on Monday, 8 April 2013.
The registration fee does not cover the following:
- Travel arrangements
- Board and lodging
- Travel visas and insurance

Participants are required to make their own arrangements for transportation and accommodation, as well as visa and insurance requirements.
Visas are required for ALL visitors to Ethiopia. As a visitor in Ethiopia and attendee of the symposium, you will require a “single entry tourist visa”. We encourage you to organise your single entry tourist visa well in advance of your travel date at the Ethiopian Diplomatic Mission in your country of residence.
**Citizens of certain countries are permitted to receive a single entry tourist visa upon arrival to Ethiopia. These countries include:Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States. A single entry visa upon arrival costs US$ 20 (twenty US dollars). We do however strongly advise you to check this information with the Ethiopian Diplomatic Mission in your country of residence prior to your to your travel.
