Understanding sector change over time: introducing Process Documentation

Since 2011 and building on earlier experiences, IRC introduced the method of Process Documentation in the Uganda WASH sector. Process Documentation provides a systematic way to capture what happens in a process of change, and how it happens. It can help to understand why change is taking place or not, and thus allows adjustments of approaches along the process path. The September 2011 workshop is documented here.
