School-Led Total Sanitation takes a lead in Kamuli district, Uganda

The child-to child approach has been used by Plan Uganda to try to enhance good hygiene and sanitation among the children and the communities they hail from. Children need vibrant leaders among themselves and among their teachers. They can cause change in a short period of time and the habit/behaviour is upheld and practised elsewhere.
