The National Learning Forum on School WASH Technologies was held between November 27-28th 2012 at the Kawempe Church of Uganda Primary School in Kampala. It was organised by the Ministry of Education and Sports and sponsored by NETWAS Uganda, Plan Uganda, SNV, IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre and the Dutch Water Alliance.
This two day meeting brought together around 50 School WASH advocates from various organizations to encourage development partners to work on strategies for creating child-friendly learning environments for children in schools and promoting children as change agents for WASH promotion among communities.
