Towards inclusive WASH: Sharing evidence and experience from the field
Updated - Tuesday 05 March 2013
This WaterAid publication is a record of the WASH sector's efforts to achieve equity and inclusion in programming around the world. The publication includes one keynote paper by Hazel Jones (WEDC) and Louisa Gosling (WaterAid UK) and 16 case studies from a wide range of organisations in 13 countries and with examples from urban, rural and school WASH programming. Two of the case studies are from the SSH4A project in Vietnam (with Plan) and Bhutan by SNV:
- Working from strengths: Plan and SNV integrate gender into community-led sanitation and hygiene approaches in Vietnam
- Pro-poor support mechanisms to accelerate access to improved sanitation for all in rural Bhutan
