Hydraulique sans Frontières

Technical association that supports development projects engaged by partners of third world countries which can't develop their water resources and as a consequence can't provide their inhabitants with basic services. Their fields of expertise: drinking water (equipment of springs, well and borehole, tanks and drinkable water networks); irrigation (small dams, irrigated areas); hydro-electricity (feasibility studies); and training. It also publishes a quarterly newsletter (in French), called H2O.
