A program for capacity building of water supply and sanitation utilities in Africa through the promotion of reform of the water and sanitation sector; performance indicators of African Water utilities; utility management and reduction of unaccounted for water; provision of water and sanitation services for the urban poor. Site is hosted by the Union of African Water Suppliers (UAWS) in Abidjan. Available in English and French.
