Process documentation
The ZimWASH project undertook an intensive effort to carry out process documentation, in order to gain a better understanding of how strengthening of district level capacities can be undertaken and what the limitations and opportunities for this were. It also helped to assess which changes have taken place at community level.
The road we have travelled - an assessment at community and district level
This report summarises the approach that the ZimWASH project sought to follow and how this worked out in the end. It uses the metaphore of a road to assess the factors that resulted in deviations and how these affected the final outcome. It focuses particularly on the community and district level process.
