Discussion Paper: Financing water and sanitation for the poor: six key solutions

Identifying and implementing water and sanitation financing solutions that genuinely reach the poorest remains a key challenge in low-income countries worldwide, in both rural and urban contexts. Nonetheless, effective solutions certainly exist. This paper gives real-life examples of possible solutions.
