IRC experience on aid effectiveness in the water and sanitation sector

IRC’s activities under the Aid Effectiveness (AE) theme, which is part of our innovation programme, aim to improve the effectiveness of aid within the WASH sector through advocacy, action research, development of policy briefings, dissemination of publications, organisation of events, training and advisory services. One of the ultimate aims is to ensure more effective use of all available resources in the sector towards universal and sustainable WASH services in accordance with national norms and standards.
