Development Cooperation Ireland (DCI) works in cooperation with governments in other countries, other donors, NGOs and international organisations as part of the global effort to achieve the Millennium Development Goals. DCI's policy is to support the development of water supply and sanitation in developing countries in a manner that conforms to national policies and that facilitates access to these resources by those who are disadvantaged.
