The Austrian Development Cooperation is part of Austria's foreign policy and the development policy of the European Union. The aim of the Austrian Cooperation is to support the economic, social, democratic and ecological development of partner countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia and South-East Europe. Priority is given to the reduction of poverty.
