Using the Community Score Card in Ghana

The community score card process is used in Ghana to find out citizens perception about WASH delivery to communities. The aim of the process is to improve upon these services. It involves four stages: in-puts tracking, service providers assessment, the community assessment of the service providers and an inter-phase meeting
