A Swiss consultancy firm and sectoral documentation centre working internationally in the areas of Water and Sanitation, Architecture and Building, Transport Infrastructure, and Urban Development. Since 1978, SKAT has collected relevant information on appropriate technologies, documented lessons learned, and disseminated them. It is also a member of the European Alliance of Resource Centres of the Streams of Knowledge's Network.
