Institute of Environmental Engineering and Biotechnology - Tampere University of Technology

Education and research of the Institute widely covers the biotechnology and environmental engineering field. Students specialize in water and waste management and environmental biotechnology with focus on water, wastewater and solid waste treatment and remediation contaminated environments. Education and research are internationally orientated. TUT is also a member of the European Alliance of Resource Centres of the Streams of Knowledge's Network.
