Finland’s development policy is part of Finland’s Foreign Policy, which sets out all the areas of international cooperation and domestic policies relating to developing countries. Such areas include environment, agriculture, forestry, water supply and sanitation, health, information society policies. Finland's support for the water sector has mainly been in the form of long-term bilateral projects.

Challenges of international goals in the Water Sector
