International Development Research Centre (IDRC-Water)

Water Portal of IDRC with three approaches to local water management: small-scale water supply; wastewater treatment and reuse; and watershed management and irrigation. It offers lessons learned, recommendations, and future directions. It also refers to relevant IDRC programmes. IDRC funds research that is geared to alleviating poverty and promoting sustainable and equitable development. The support has to be directed to the work of scientists and researchers in the South.
