The Program focuses on assisting its country clients in implementing sector reform. WSP refines best practice models of rural water supply and sanitation service delivery and assist clients in devising and implementing new policies. WSP's regional services include the integration of water and sanitation best practice into poverty reduction strategies, demand-based planning, support to strategic partner investments, the development of financing mechanisms, maintenance strategies, cost-recovery, gender mainstreaming, technology innovation, and hygiene promotion.
