NEPA promotes Sustainable Development by ensuring protection of the environment and orderly development in Jamaica. NEPA represents a merger between the Natural Resources Conservation Authority (NRCA), the Town Planning Department (TPD) and the Land Development and Utilization Commission (LDUC).
