Training water actors on using blogs in Burkina Faso

During a training that took place on the 1^st of March 2011 at 2iE, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, 16 stakeholders from the WASH sector in Burkina were trained on using blogs.

The training started with a Focus Group discussion on the needs of information of the different participating institutions, difficulties in collecting and sharing information and possible solutions to overcome these challenges.

Then all participants learned how to create their own blog post and to publish articles, pictures, videos, etc. They were also trained on the use of search engines and editing articles to contribute to a blog specifically created to share information in Burkina Faso “Fas'Eau Nouvelles”.
