World water Day Celeberation

There is a need for a message that will uderscore the significacce of integration of water supply sanitation & hygiene. Something like this could be considred;
1. Access to safe water and sanitation, a key to sound health.

2. Safe water combined with safe hygiene practices makes a healthy society.

Alternatively, we could have captions that underscore the need for increased funding in the sector especially in the developing countries.
