Camille Dow Baker from CAWST admires IRC’s efforts in knowledge sharing initiatives

Updated - Thursday 09 September 2010

Camille Baker, Chief Executive Officer of Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST), Canada speaks with Nicolas Dickinson about how IRC products and services have been useful for her during her study and while implementing projects in developing countries through her organisation.

Watch and listen to the video here.

She mentioned that IRC acted as a source for a lot of her information during her study and showed a way how an organisation can be an ‘Independent Actor’. CAWST has been following IRC’s model in establishing knowledge sharing networks through its partners. She says “I have admired IRC for many years and I continue to do so”.

CAWST is a consulting NGO with 397 clients in 66 countries and is providing training especially to the non-professionals on water and sanitation.

This is one of the interesting videos emerging from the Water Cube at the Stockholm World Water Week 2010.
