A team of guest editors (Ewen Le Borgne as lead editor, Jaap Pels, Nadia Manning Thomas and Russell Kerkhoven) coordinated a special issue of Knowledge for Development Journal dedicated to learning, knowledge management and cooperation in the water sector, Volume 5, Number 3, December 2009. It is published by Taylor & Francis Group, Oxon, UK.
