IRC's logo is available in different formats (logo with name / logo only). You should not edit the logos, but use them as they are presented here. The versions that are depicted here are the “Small” ones (height 72 pixels).
The Pantone colours used are PMS 281 and 314, approximate RGB colours are #002868 (RGB=0,40,104) and #00829B (RGB=0,130,155).
