Report of the national learning forum held in Kampala

On 12 and 13 October 2009 the first national learning forum was held in Kampala, Uganda. The participants of this first forum thought that it would be good to organise such and event twice a year, get more national government staff in and make sure that sharing of results leads to scaling up of good practices.More on the event can be found in the document.
