Guidance notes WASPA Learning Alliances

The guidance notes support the facilitation of a process of stakeholder involvement, which is structured around the planning cycle. Stakeholder involvement was structured in WASPA through Learning Alliances and a Participatory Action Planning.

Guidance Note 1 describes the Learning Alliance concept.
Guidance Note 2 describes stakeholder analysis for understanding who has an interest or a stake in project related issues, their perception and how they relate to other stakeholders.
Guidance Note 3 elaborates on the participatory action planning cycle.
Guidance Note 4 provides information on the methodology and focus of process monitoring of the learning alliances.
