Addressing the reality and disproportionate spending
Raju Ahirwar , comment on The mystery of the Indian village waterI have read the article with great interest and find the reality about the work being taken forward by our Government and their so called supporting/funding agencies working with in state Madhya Pradesh. This is shame to all of the agencies, that even with global hype about the good work we are unable to save the children in these villages, they are dying each day due to fluorosis. Aren't we spending disproportionately to administrative cost than really helping the poor. The quote of 'Rajiv Gandhi' former Prime Minister of India must be remembered by developmental professionals that, "only 15 paise of every rupee spent' reaches to the poor" and this applies to all the agencies in this sector.
