It is a joint publication by WaterAid and IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre, based on a 3-day learning and sharing workshop from 29-31 January 2008, in Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The publication also comprises an overview of the workshop discussions, the messages that emerged and plans for further joint work; as well as a concluding paper that takes stock of progress in South Asia
