Knowledge Management Workshop programme

Participants will:
- Review the Knowledge Value Chain model
- Report on and discuss homework in small groups
- Take a first step in developing individual KM plans
- Have a face to face interaction to learn about practicing knowledge sharing; give and take information by implementing a knowledge game;
- Participants will share their personal knowledge maps
Participants will:
- Analyze two to three case studies on KM within organizations or programmes against the model, identifying both strong points and gaps
- Include findings in their KM plan and continue to develop this plan (guided individual and small group sessions);
- Learn about Communities of Practice (CoP)
- Form a CoP for the work to be implemented following the hands-on workshop
Participants will:
- Review two to three case studies on KM related to interagency programmes or broader (regional, global) programmes against the model identifying both strong points and gaps
- Incorporate findings into the work on their KM plan
- Receive peer assistance in finalizing their KM plan
- Present their KM plans (guided small group sessions)
