Ben Lamoree new Director IRC

Ben Lamoree will be joining IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre in Delft as its new Director per 1 September 2007. Mr. Lamoree (Civil Engineering, Delft University of Technology, 1988) has had a diverse career in the water sector, both in water supply and sanitation, in water resources management and in the irrigation sector. He worked for consultancy firms as well as for DGIS. With work experience on three continents, the main focus of his work has recently been on institutional development issues related to transboundary water management in Southern Africa. Mr. Lamoree has been Head of the Land & Water Department of Euroconsult Mott MacDonald for four years prior to joining IRC.
