Palestinian Wastewater Engineers Group (PWEG)

PWEG was founded in 2003, registered at the Palestinian Interior Ministry as a non profit making and non governmental organisation. PWEG´s main field of expertise and interest is the collection, treatment, disposal and reuse of wastewater and sewage sludge. Strategic goals of the PWEG are: Organisational Performance Improvement and Development; Environmental Protection and Water Recycling; and Public Awareness and Capacity Building. Their main target groups are municipalities, and local communities and village councils.
