Tettje is editorial officer and responsible for the weekly updates of the IRC home page, for content management issues on various web sites within the IRC portal, for editing of (web) texts and coordinating various reports published by IRC. Information dissemination and strategic communication are the main focus activities.

She studied English linguistics and literature at the University of Utrecht.
