Marieke de Groot

Marieke de Groot joined IRC in November 2011 as Project Controller for the Latin America and South Asia Programmes. She has a MSc. in Science & Innovation Management, focusing on renewable energy and sustainability. Furthermore she holds an Executive Masters in Finance & Control (EFMC)/RegisterController (RC).

After her studies, she conducted a UN volunteership in the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) in Rome, Italy and an AIESEC development internship in Chandigarh, India. Prior to joining IRC, Marieke worked for ING for 6 years. She gained experience in Finance as a trainee in the ING Talent Programme, before she started as a Business Controller in ING Real Estate Finance, where she was responsible for the reporting of international offices.
