Harry Oosterveen

Harry is responsible for IRC's electronic information generally, and specifically the Internet, including the portal system with IRC website, Intranet, as well as several websites of partner organisations.
Harry has an MSc in Development Studies (Rural Energy Planning) and Electrical Engineering, specialising in Information Management, both implementation of systems and training of staff. He has experience of working with NGOs, universities, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and local government units in the Netherlands, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand, South Africa, and Zambia. Has also worked on websites for InterWater, Sanitation Connection, World Water Day, the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC), UN/Water for African Cities, the FAO/Regional Wood Energy Development Programme (RWEDP), the Dutch athletics club AV Sparta, a Sudoku site, and a maps application for running.
