Valérie Bey started working at IRC at the beginning of June 2010 as Programme Officer for East Africa. She has a M.Sc. in Water, Supply, Sanitation and Environmental Engineering, a M.Sc. in Engineering for Development and a M.A. in Social & Cultural Anthropology. She has worked in Malawi for 3 years and also in Germany as a water and sanitation engineer.
