Before joining IRC in 2007, Daniela worked as a Project Officer for several years for the Interregional Observatory on Development Cooperation (O.I.C.S) in Rome, Italy.
She provided coordination and technical assistance to the Italian Regions in matters of Development Cooperation and Decentralised Cooperation. She built up experience in coordinating and evaluating projects in Latin Ametrica, Africa and Balkans.
Her key functions, as Programme Funding Officer at IRC include the development of proposals for funding and management/coordination of fund-raising and consultancy activities, management of projects in developing countries and evaluation of the outcome of calls for tenders.
