Debby Gruiters

Debbie worked for 7 years as European Project Manager for an Italian consultant company based in Rome providing services for creating employment and qualifying the workforce at both national and EU level. Most of the projects she managed were co-financed by the European Commission and were carried out with partner organisations in different European Member States. These pilot and/or research projects were usually targeted at disadvantaged groups in society that risk social and economic exclusion.

At IRC Debbie set up the Project Coordination Office and deals mostly with acquisition, proposal development, resource planning and contract management.
