Geography and Planning (Amsterdam) with over 35 years experience in process and network facilitation and capacity building related to decentralization, integrated development, socio-economic planning, natural resources management, community management, PPP, project cycle management, information and knowledge management, training, ICT, social networking and web2.0. Long term assignments with UNDP and GTZ GmbH in west and southern Africa and in the Pacific.
