Dr. Patrick Moriarty is involved in developing IRC's interests in sub-basin, participatory, integrated water resources management (IWRM).
Background
His background is in Civil Engineering and Water Resource Management, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary work on local level water resource management issues. He currently specialises in aspects relating the water and sanitation sector to wider water resource management including: productive uses of water, the role of domestic water supplies in livelihoods and institutional reform for improved local level water resource management.
