Comments received on the IRC website

At the beginning of the year the Tsunami disaster triggered many reactions. Requests for useful documentation, equipment, descriptions of local situations and updates on techniques for cleaning out wells were published on the site. Later in the year the Transparency e-conference pulled new visitors to our site. The subject is clearly close to people’s hearts and therefore elicited sometimes strong use of language and drastic measures.

Our newsletter Source gets regular comments on items old and new with sometimes a debate emerging. We are updated on hot topics such as arsenic water pollution and corruption, receive additional information, get confirmations, requests for more in-depth material, attempts are made to give personal publications free promotion and to get homework assignments answered.
