Fourth round: how to convince managers/colleagues to give KM higher priority?

Maybe the organizers and facilitators of this 4th round on KM can share with us their experience with convincing managers and colleagues to give KM a higher priority?

Surely the questions has come up because it is a topic that interests them. Since we had very few contributions from participants, at least we can learn from the organizers / facilitators. And who knows... still have a last minute flairing up of discussion on KM?
