Dear colleagues

Following the facilitation of the third round I will also faciltiate the last round of the KM conference. My name is Jan Teun VIsscher and I am working as a consultant to IRC after having been working with them for many years.

The topic of this round as indicated in the backgound note is

How to convince managers/colleagues to give KM higher priority?

I am sure that many of you have been struggling with this issue so I expect a lot of interesting contributions.

The conference will span a 16 day period from November 4 through 20, which is a little longer than previous conferences.
