When a project is ubdertaken by group of people Project Director must organise Brain storming sessions to discuss project execution, financial management and management of human resorces to achieve results.
Project director should try to call the specialists in various fields pertaining to the project and impart their knowledge in dealing with similar projects by way of seminars, meetings and brain storming sessions.
Most important is that people with knowledge must be prepared to part with their knowledge.
