United Nations Development Business Online
UN Development Business (UNDB), published by the United Nations Department of Public Information, is a subscription-based service, published both online and in paper form, providing information on opportunities to supply goods, works and services for projects financed by the UN, governments and the major development banks. UNDB Online is updated several times a week and is searchable by region, country, sector (including water supply and sanitation), bank, and other parameters. UNDB contains four general categories of information: development bank operational summaries; World Bank new project approvals; procurement notices; and contract award information. An annual subscription to UNDB Online costs US$ 550 (2007).
UNITeS Researching grants and funding resources online
Guide compiled by the United Nations Information Technology Service (UNITeS). It is a starting point for volunteers researching grants and funding resources online. It gives brief descriptions of relevant websites, mostly from the US but also some from Europe and Australia. There are additional sections on online donations and e-commerce / online markets for indigenous products.
