First note from Jan Teun Visscher as facilitator
Jan Teun Visscher - Monday 05 September 2005
Dear colleagues,
As indicated by Jaap Pels I will be facilitating this weeks conference on the topic of how we share the knowledge we manage. This topic is interesting if we look at the two earlier conferences. In the first conference it was concluded for example that the operational practice of knowledge management is to include and engage people in dialogue, knowledge exchange and learning. This sounds wonderful, but how do you do this in practice. The fact that after three days the conference has not generated a single contribution is hopefully a sign that you where busy sharing your knowledge in other ways.
I very much hope that you will come forward with some interesting experience, where you can both refer to where you have been able to share but perhaps you may also want to indicate what did not work as negative experiences may also be great learning opportunities.
Loking forward to your contributions.
Kind regards
Jan Teun
