SCP-Global Meeting in Havana, Cuba
The BUS session during the SCP-Global Meeting in Havana raised a lot of interest. BUS concepts and approaches fit very well in the follow-up of SCP-EPM (Environmental Planning and Management). Many participants were interested to learn and see how they could apply BUS in their cities. Factors for BUS success and slow-down in processes and scaling up were identified.

The identification of these factors in national and municipal BUS processes could not be fully dealt with in the BUS session of the SCP global meeting in Havana, Cuba.The presentations mentioned many factors and the remarks and questions from the audience hinted to even more. IRC listed these factors in a paper.
