Answer from the WELL enquiry service made mission "a total success"

A small French NGO called C’est faisable asked IRC advice on a suitable water pump to be installed in a village 40 km north of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso. CREPA and IRC answered the question under the WELL enquiry service and supplied the French organisation with a few suitable suggestions and some useful addresses.

IRC received the following e-mail with feedback:

“I want to thank you for the valuable information which you have given me. I have just returned from my mission to Burkina Faso. It has been a total success, also thanks to your input. I will write a report and an acknowledgement and I will make sure to send you a copy so that you can read for yourself what a positive impact your advice and helpful addresses have had that you were kind enough to send me.”
